Destinations that accept SMS today are sendable at published rates. On-route coverage on /coverage is larger and is not the same as sendable.
Active destinations are sendable from the dashboard, HTTP API, and SMPP. Coming Soon destinations (including the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia) are listed for rates and are not sendable yet. Delivery status is reported per message — do not treat submit acceptance as a handset delivery claim. China and Russia are not currently offered; that may change when availability returns. Cuba and Iran stay suppressed and are not on the published list.
