BulkSMSRates.com Ltd builds a prepaid SMS platform: published destination rates, a wallet, an HTTP API, and an SMPP interface.

Dashboard, HTTP API, and SMPP sending is activation-gated: public SMS submission is activation-frozen while a real carrier is being integrated.

We publish the destinations we offer and the rates on the card. China and Russia are not available.

Credit is loaded with a GBP crypto pack. Traffic is charged per segment from that wallet. The dashboard holds contacts, campaigns, and delivery status.
